Neurofeedback
Non-invasive brain-training that helps regulate brainwaves — effective for anxiety, ADHD, sleep, mood, and more.
About Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free form of biofeedback that measures your brainwaves and gives you real-time feedback so your brain can learn to regulate itself. By reinforcing calmer, more balanced brain states, neurofeedback can ease a wide range of concerns — anxiety, ADHD and attention, sleep, mood, and more — at our Springville office.

Frequently asked
What does neurofeedback feel like?
It’s completely non-invasive. Sensors read your brainwaves while you watch or listen to real-time feedback — for example, a screen that brightens when you produce the desired brain state. Over sessions, your brain learns to hold that state on its own.
